This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications.

We are committed to protecting original content. Our published articles, including those on diplomatic hospitality, office garden designs, and contemporary interior design, are original works. Unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted material from our site is strictly prohibited.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on luxurydesign.biz infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. This notice must substantially include the following elements, as required by DMCA Section 512(c)(3).

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed or access disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. This allows us to restore the content under certain conditions. Your counter-notification must be a written communication and include specific details.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before its removal or disabling.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Luxury Design Business may be found). You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Luxury Design Business maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
